Publisher 3.0 cannot export text to Word 6.0 or 7.0 due to no such format.
Cause:
There is no Word 6.0/7.0 option in the 'Save File As Type' drop-down list box.
Solution:
Save the text in the Word 2.0 or RTF formats.
